Laundry & Dry Clean Apps

It is UX design with wireflow.

Project goal: To provide an user-friendly/ innovative apps to improve their laundry experience.

User research: conduct survey by questionnaires and do competitive analysis.

Insights: Doing laundry is time consuming and not interesting, especially for those people who have no time/ lazy to do after hectic day and no washing machine.

• Everyone without doubt like clean and fresh clothes, but do not like to do laundry.
• Users use the service from laundry shops. However, opening hours of some laundry shops are similar to their office hours.
• They can only do laundry during weekend or try to leave early to get their clothes before the laundry shop closed.
• They also do not like fold clothes after washing them

Problem statement: urban people need a way to have their on demand laundry delivered to their doorstep in order to save their time in the city.
